The Palette Fund will support Lambda Legal's LGBTQ Youth in Out-of-Home Care Project,  which works to ensure that LGBTQ Youth and youth living with HIV are treated respectfully and equitably in child welfare and juvenile justice and in systems serving youth who are experiencing homelessness. YOHCP seeks to eliminate the over-representation of LGBTQ youth in these systems compared to their non-LGBTQ peers and to reduce risk of exposure to HIV while in care.
