HIV/AIDS
Rand Skolnick was a fierce, loyal and generous advocate for people living with HIV/AIDS. He was a founding Board Member of Bailey House serving for over two decades as well as supporting other related organizations.
The Palette Fund is committed to fighting this epidemic through our grants and programs and continues to support organizations that provide community services for people living with HIV/AIDS.
Why We Do It
- Every 9.5 minutes, someone in the US is infected with HIV
- The National Coalition for The Homeless estimates that the rate of HIV infection is 3-20% higher among the homeless.
